Description of Cog
Basically an advanced word filter cog, this cog should integrate with the warn core feature of red.
Allow adding words to filter (have two different filters regex and normal)
Allow adding warnings to filter (the warn core feature)
Basically, if a user says a banned word it also warns the user using the same system as warn core feature.
Have the ability to add auto-mute after a certain amount of warns for saying banned words. Example 2 warns for banned words in the past 1 hour = automate, make it so it can be configured.
