Name: RoleChecker
Description: it will check all users every and ensures all users have a role assigned. It will exclude assigning a role if a user is in the defined exclusion list role list .
Example: it will check all users every <1 minute> and ensures all users have a <@new> role assigned. It will exclude assigning a role if a user is in the defined exclusion list role list <@suspended @muted>.
TL:DR - all members are checked on a frequent period are are assigned a specific role or roles if it/they are missing, it however exclusions anyone that have other specific roles already assigned (exclusion list)
