I have read and understand the Cogboard Bounty rules

Description of Cog : The cog uses the [p]manga <chapter_number> <page_number> command to post a manga panel, it uses the github’s raw data paste to get the imgur album and then fetches the given numbered image from the imgur file. Example:

Hi! I’m actually working on this.

right now it’s downloading it into a cbz format by volume and uploading to a cloud drive via rclone to save storage.

After I have this main feature working I’ll be adding something just like in the embed, hopefully to support multiple sites like mangadex and mangareader.

It will be by chapter l’s likely though instead and track reading progress in future updates
