a cog where i can type a command and it then propts me to answer questions and by the end of those questions it outputs all that into a formated post into another channel?

For both V2 and V3 I have an embedmaker cog which already can do a lot of this. You may want to look into that first. If that’s not enough, feel free to open an issue on it for what specifically you would want added.
