I am looking for a COG that takes an image file and magnifies it. This would be useful for small, pixel art like images. Run [p]magnify and attach your image. The bot will upscale it to something like 1024x1024. This would be useful for things like game textures, pixel art, and the link. It would scale up using a nearest neighbor technique as to not lose quality on the art.
API’s or other information - Do not believe this needs any API’s, but then again I have no idea what image manipulation needs to run

My price range is fairly flexible, and I would be totally fine with this COG being a public one too after it is done. I have no reason to keep something so simplistic and useful just to myself. I would love to get this commissioned and given to the community, as long as the developer is also ok with it.
