Description of Cog: Auto post new YouTube uploads from specified YouTube channels. With the ability to ignore live streams. Ideally it would be able to specify video type. Something like “!ytsub shorts (discord channel to post in)”

Other info (Bounty, issues, ETC): I’m sure this can be done based on the fact one of the Red core cogs ignores non-streams for the streamtypes cog.
