Description of Cog -
A bingo cog which allows user to play multiplayer bingo via dms of the bot
A game will be started by a manager. User will react to join. Each user will get a bingo card in their dms. A random number will be dropped by the bot in the channel where game is started user will mark that number in their dms or in the channel. Updated card will be sent to that user who marks the number. Once user has marked all the numbers they need to shout bingo in the channel and they will be winner
