Description of Cog: I need a dashbord like Neuro’s but I need it to be able to link 4 bots under a “Bots” category and be able to send and receive messages and commands via dashbord and to be able to configure all cogs settings, and to be able to add the new cogs’ settings as I update the cogs list. I also (if possible) wish for the dashbord to be able to sign into the bot like the StartIt bot and be able to text as it through the panel
