Description of Cog:
an anarcho-syndicalist election and voting system
People should be able to vote if they want to re-elect a new admin anytime, if they choose to do so they do an election where anyone willing can volunteer to be an option.
The voting (when >2 options) should also be ranked. so say theres A B C D options i make B-1st, D-2nd, A-3rd, C-4th. This way if your 1st vote loses it moves onto ur 2nd vote, if that loses moves onto 3rd vote etc.
Once the new leader is chosen through a process of elimination stated above the bot should immediately strip away the admin role from the old leader and give it to the new leader.
