Description of Cog:

A fairly simple command with two functions

[p]off @user - Any message that the mentioned user sends will be immediately deleted.

[p]on @user - The mentioned user can now send messages as normal.

Why not just use Mutes? But this sounds interesting - if you’re still up for it give me a shout on Discord, you can find me in one of the red servers.
