Hello all!
Some of you may have noticed that Sinbad has left the QA. This was due to some personal business and having to split his time between this demanding job and real life. But don’t worry, he isn’t going anywhere! So make sure you tell him hello.
There is a great deal of work that goes on behind the scenes that helps keep this operation running. Having an absence from the team is felt pretty quickly. We needed to bring in another person to help us continue processing applications and to QC pull requests. So we decided to nominate @TrustyJAID up to the core developer team and it was a unanimous vote. Trusty is someone who was a very early adopter of Red V3, had submitted to be a cog creator at the start of our application process, and has consistently proven to team player.
This is not our normal track to become apart of QA, but given the amount of work ahead of us, the time table needed to be pushed up. We are still considering bringing on another person, but we will keep you updated if or when that happens. For now, expect some delays in application reviews until we can settle all matters. We apologize for this inconvenience.
