[PAID] Live-ish event countdown timer

Description of Cog:
I’m looking for a live embedded countdown timer. There is a giveaway bot that does something like this and I saw the Discord snows giving server with their own version of this. I would like to create an event with an embedded timer like such that updates every few seconds/minutes to create a “live” embedded countdown.

I have completed this bounty after discussion with the client over at Discord. The instructions to install are:

Add repo: [p]repo add AXVin-Cogs https://github.com/AXVin/AXVin-Cogs
Install Cog: [p]cog install AXVin-Cogs countdown
