Description of Cog
Automatically react to uploaded/embedded images with chosen emoji in a specific channel. This will be a port of embed_reactor from v2 I have a copy of the v2 available if required. It allowed moderator to chose a number of emojis that the bot would auto react to every image with those emojis in a chosen channel. For example in a selfies channel react to every photo with a <3 or in a pets channel react to every photo with a cat and dog
