Description of Cog:
Im looking for a Cog that does essentially the same thing as


did in V2 for V3. I was able to upload sound files and save them, then the bot on command would join a vc and play the sound from the file

V3 please.

You can find a v3 sfx cog by baiumbg on github. That repo is unapproved so I won’t be linking it here. This cog may be picked up by another individual later and maintained on a new repo in the future, but for now it will be on baiumbg’s repo.
