Description of Cog:
I’m looking for a cog that would be able to monitor log files and paste any and all new lines to a defined discord channel
it should look for log files in a defined location
The section of file name should be defined via command or config
the 2nd and 3rd section is date and time created which it should use to figure out which file to monitor
File name will be in this format
