Description of Cog
An anti-grief cog, it would serve the purpose similar to Wick Bot where it would do automatic functions on users
who set off triggers to prevent griefing of your discord server.
an example of this could be
if: X users is banned in Y amount of time
then: take the user who triggered the flag’s roles and ban them
