Description of Cog
In a server where I am we have a single channel with information about the server rules, channels and so on. I have a embedded post with all channels listed and where they are for. This is a lot of work to maintain since I need to make a new embed file every time.
It would be amazing if the bot can do this automatic.
Categories are the title, then a list with the rooms, the room information is copied from the room channel information.

Option to ignore channels/categories to be posted in the list. EG Staff/Log channels.
Maybe a idea to have a auto setup where you define the role and based of that role the list is created, this way you can make more lists based of roles and access.
