Description of Cog:

Simply when someone types !helpdesk it will respond with an embedded link.

I feel like this sort of cog is extremely simply to make, yet i don’t know how to do it otherwise i would have. basically 1 command and a simple response, yet i’m apparently to stupid to comprehend how to do it (i’ve tried)

EDIT: Needs to be per guild command and only accessible to mods and higher.
