I am willing to pay, can be discussed in dms, but I dont have much to spend.

I want a message to appear randomly in a few channels that says “points have appeared”, and users of the server can claim them ( only one user can claim a certain one)
and then a command to be able to see the amount someone has, and a command to remove a certain amount from someone.

V2 or V3: This would be a cog for V3.
