Description of Cog
I found the basics for the cog here https://gitlab.com/widgitlabs/widgitcogs/-/blob/master/faqs/core.py
However its not fully working for me. I want channel that can be set as FAQ and I can add questions to it. I kinda like the part how the mentioned cog works, until it breaks at posting a message.

Sorry.
I was a little but too fast on this one and did not take a good look at the other git if it was active.
For now I cancel this bounty.
