Cog description:
Something like a default playlist (local or YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud) on shuffle,
and repeat that just plays by default, and then if people queue something then it overtakes,
and plays until the user queue is empty, and then it goes back to the default playlist. So if i add:
https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLAYLIST_ID_HERE or \cogs\Audio\localtracks\Autoplaylist
Then that’d play by default on the server. (on shuffle & repeat)
But if anyone started to queue something.
Then it’d stop, and begin playing what users have queued.
They can keep adding to that queue like normal.
Once the queue is empty it’ll automatically goes back to the default set playlist.

This is my first “Bounty”, and i’m unsure how the process works,
but i guess i’ll wait to see if anyone wants to do this for free or if we gotta talk about payment.
(I’m fine with paying. Just need to discus the amount, and how we exchange the money.
