it’s not a scheduled auto-clear, and it’s limited to only recent messages
Your initial request did not indicate that you required a scheduled time for when you wanted this cleanup to happen. There is a limitation on the number of message that can be bulk deleted, but that is a limitation of the API, and not on the cleanup command.

However, i have an unpublished cog created by calebj that bypasses that limitation.
I assumed another similar cog could be created.
