Description of Cog
Time interval anti spam cog. So that if a user sends x amount of messages in x seconds it auto deletes the messages with a togglable mute and or ban. Much like SinBads antimentionspam maxinterval command, but with all messages and not just mentions.

API’s or other information
I don’t see any other anti spam cogs for Red V3 other than antimentionspam and the built in deleterepeats so I feel like this will be really useful.
