Description of Cog
- At its core, I would like a cog that allows users to add items to a list, and then all users vote to rank the items on the list.
- For example, the community wants to make a list of must watch movies. Each member should be able to add movies to a persisted list. Then users should be able to upvote/downvote items. This will result in a list of “Must watch movies, ordered by the community”
- It should allow admins to modify the list to correct things like duplicates and typos.
- I dont know the best way to accomplish this design wise, but would be open to ideas.

It would be great to interface with the movieDB/TVDB api to get links/posters, prevent duplicates etc, but not necessarily required.
